Threat Assessment DVD
We still
have a few “Threat Assessment” DVD’s available that were made last summer at
Wake Tech during our summer conference.
The team from NCSU did a great job and this can be very successful in
setting a program or refining your existing program. The total cost is $10.00 including
shipping. Contact Dana Hutchens at hutchens@wfu.edu if you want one.
Security Officer Training
We are
looking for more instructors (you must have a General Instructor Certificate)
to assist in the training. If you are

We are also
looking for an agency to host our next training class that we would like to
conduct during Spring Break. If you are
interested contact johnreaves@triad.rr.com
On a side
note the Security Officer Training is designed for non-sworn personnel. It is 2 days in length, about 9 hours each
day, and the material is tested after each class. 99% passed the pilot program with no
problems. There is no cost for the
training. It is great training and an
opportunity for you to show case your campus.
Remember the
Winter meeting of NCACLEA in Asheville in January at the Crown Plaza Hotel in
conjunction with the NC Chief’s Conference.
